Send us your event details, and we will get back to you with an estimate. We require 50% of your total as a deposit to book. (All deposits are final)
If you contact us Thursday-Monday, we will get back to you the following Tuesday due to events on the weekend.
Once we have sent you an invoice, it is valid for 24 hours. Please verify your event details and send deposit to confirm your booking. Please remember nothing is fully booked until we have received your deposit. At this time booking is first come first serve.
Once we receive your deposit, your event will be added to our schedule. Balance is due 72 hours prior to installation. Any changes made to your order must be made 2 weeks prior to installation. We will reach out to you the week of your event to remind you of your event and confirm details.

Product and Service Statement
During the summer months, we recommend indoor, or a shaded area for your balloons, as direct sunlight may cause balloons to change color or deflate.
Floating Wonders cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons after they are picked up/delivered. Balloons are, by nature, temporary items; although Floating Wonders uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected, and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight, and other uncontrollable factors. We can accomodate our balloons for an inside install if it's raining, windy or extremely hot outside, if indoor shelter is available.
Once balloons are delivered or installed, Floating Wonders is not liable for any changes to balloons due to rain, sunlight, heat, or wind. All balloon sales are final. By paying your deposit, you agree to all terms and Floating Wonders will not be held liable for weather related damage.
Damaged Rentals:
Within Fifteen (15) days Floating Wonders will notify you if damages are discovered, or items are found to be missing upon sorting, laundering and counting. Photos of damages will be submitted as proof upon request. If damaged items are not paid for within 7 days, the credit card on file will be billed, unless payment arrangements have been set up with Floating Wonders. CLIENT assumes full responsibility for ALL items supplied by Floating Wonders for the design of your event and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items. Client agrees to pay for any damage to or loss of items, regardless of cause, except reasonable wear. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase or cost of repair of damaged or lost items. Items damaged beyond repair or normal cleaning will be paid for at its replacement cost when rented.
Deposits and Final Payment:
We require 50% of your total as a deposit. All deposits are final. Final payment is due 3 days prior to your install. If final payment is not rendered, you will forfeit your deposit and your install will not be delivered.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation in writing (email is permitted) a full (4) business days before the day of your install.
All deposits are final. Should you need to cancel your order, you will not be refunded your deposit.
